Why is sleeping important

Why is sleep important?

Why is sleeping important because if we do not get a lot of sleep then we will not get a lot of time to do work.


Firstly your brain won't work properly if you don't have enough sleep.  For example if you haven't had enough sleep we will become very lazy because we are too tired to do anything.Secondly,
Sleeping makes us happy.  For example after a good nights rest we feel so much better in the mornings.





Thirdly If we Not have enough sleep it will makes us angry.For example my brother got angry because Mum made him get up early and he bed late because he was playing the PS3 game.

Finally, Sleep is important because it helps our brain and our body.

  1. Hi Kaos it is me your best buddy Ian I want to say something about your work.I think it looks really great now I know heaps of facts about sleeping and why it is important.But I have a question for you I did see three facts in your examples but not in your facts?
